Steve Randall 8.5″ chef’s knife forged from 1095 steel with hamon, Brazilian Cherry handle, copper bolster with patina, and Cherry storage scabbard with locking peg. Lightly used condition but steel has some patina and surface pitting. Includes certificate of authenticity from the maker.
